The Triumphal Arch of Astana is a landmark architectural structure of the anniversary of independence of Кazakhstan according to the idea of Nursultan Nazarbayev.
The height of the structure is 20 meters, which symbolizes the 20th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan.
Inside the arch, when climbing, there are landscape, reportage and genre photos telling the history of the city to visitors.
The news were recently released, that thawed and rainwater is poured on the triumphal arch along Mangilik Yel Avenue. Overhaul requires more than 600 million tenge. This was stated by Deputy Mayor of the capital Nurlan Nurkenov. After this news, residents and guests of the capital were outraged, for a large amount of money.
The Triumphal Arch was opened in 2011 in honor of the 20th anniversary of the country’s independence.
