The final of the competition was held on March 30 in the city Palace of Culture.
“I’m new to the modeling business, I’ve only participated in amateur photography before. I never danced before, I’d walked on my heels only twice. I had to learn everything in three weeks. But I still believed in myself and decided to participate in the competition. Many times I visualized my victory, I think it helped me,” says Elizaveta. Nevertheless, the victory in the competition was a surprise for the girl. She did not even immediately realize that she had become “Miss Temirtau”.
The girl is studying in medical college as a medical assistant, but Elizabeth plans to link her future life with the modeling business.
In Temirtau a beauty contest is held for the second time. Its organizer is Madina Akhmetbaeva.
This year, capital region will be represented at Miss Kazakhstan by three beauties: from Karaganda, Zhezkazgan and Temirtau.
“Miss Karaganda” was 17-year-old Dariga Sakbasynova, “Miss Zhezkazgan” became Arailym Khamitova and Elizaveta Maksimova became “Miss Temirtau”. Dariga Sakbasynova and Arailym Khamitova are studying at foreign language colleges.
