Kyz kuu

This story is about a very brave girl who has experienced ups and downs, but still remained on horseback. Aliya Toktasynova shared her story about love of horses, why she is engaged in Kyz Kuu and what she wants in the future.

«Hello, dear diary. I remember how the bond between me and the horses was born. It began in childhood from the age of three.
I drew them all the time. If I see a horse, I’ll just run to it.
The steppe sight, the smell of the fields, and this trampling are heavy, the hoofs and the horse’s breath when I hear all of that, just something happens to me that I cannot explain. I have nothing to think about. I feel free.
In Kyz Kuu girls show their agility, the ability to sit on a horse.
This directly revives our traditions. I think so.
When people watch a show, it lights them up. And it lights us when we see their emotions. It feels like your horse.
Of course, parents worry about me during performances.
I did fell, and I did have serious injuries.
Once I have a pivot, nothing can stop me.  You become happy as soon as you choose your path. Small dirty tricks in your life are fine. This is a test of yourself.

“At university, I have a specialty in zoo engineering, I chose the horse breeding industry.
I want to have my own farm”.

“There will be many children with a sincere desire, that will come and ride these horses”.

“My dad served in Belarus, so I was born there. But I have lived in Kazakhstan for the rest of my life. This is my native land. I am happy».
