At the Eurasian National University this day there was the XIII International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Scientists “Science and Education – 2018”. The main goal of the conference is to develop the creative activity of students, undergraduates, doctoral students and young scientists, to involve them in solving the urgent problems of modern science, and to establish contacts between future colleagues.
The plenary meeting that opened the Day of Science opened Merzadinova Gulnara Tynyshbaevna (Мерзадинова Гульнара Тынышбаевна) – vice-rector for research work at the ENU named after L.N. Gumilyov. His greeting speech was delivered by the Director of the Representative Office of the Foundation of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Elbasy in Almaty Sergey Telhmanovich Tokhtarov.
At the gliding meeting, Temirbekova Zhanar Amangeldyevna (Темирбекова Жанар Амангельдиевна, Rector of the Eurasian Technological University), Olga Vladimirovna Bulgakova(Ольга Владимировна Булгакова, Acting Associate Professor of the Department of General Biology and Genomics of LN Gumilyov ENU, PhD), Rystina Indira Sadybekovna (Рыстина Индира Садыбековна, Chairman of the SMU of ENU LN Gumilev, PhD, associate professor of the department of political science), Korolykov Ilya Vladimirovich (Корольков Илья Владимирович) – PhD, MHS, Institute of Nuclear Physics, Amirova Akzhibek Seitzhanovna(Амирова Акжибек Сейтжановна , master, senior lecturer of the department of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications of the ENU named after L. N. Gumilev) and Shoganova Inkar Askarovna (Шоганова Инкар Аскаровна- master, teacher of the department of radio engineering, electronics and telecommunications of ENU named after LN Gumilev).
In different sections, undergraduate and undergraduate students of all courses defended their works in front of the reporting commission in different directions.
About 1,000 participants took part in the event, including Kazakhstani schoolchildren, young scientists from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Turkey, Hungary, Poland, Ukraine and Latvia.
