Cinematic week: “Stuck in Love”

Review of the film “Stuck in Love”

“If love is to leave a place at the table for those who will never come, then I think it’s better to avoid it”

This dramatic film of director, screenwriter and producer Josh Boone came out in a very limited rental, making his collections in the domestic US market did not even make a hundred thousand dollars. This is Boone’s debut work, but has already collected a lot of positive feedback. The cast of the film was as follows: Bill – Greg Kinnear, Erica – Jennifer Connelly, Samantha – Lily Collins, Rusty – Logan Lerman was the son.

The film about love, first and mature, about the relationship of parents and children, about divorce, about inspiration and life experience. This is a drama with a light aftertaste. “Stuck in love” is a film that catches your cues, from which you want to smile, but at the same time, they make you think about life. The atmosphere of the film is very kind, but not “fabulous”, till the end of the film you believe in the realism of events. Work tells about the family of the writer, who goes through a difficult period of his life, a divorce with his wife. The protagonist, Bill Borges, directs his children to their journey of life, the way of the writer. At that time he did not write a single book while he and his wife Erica were divorced. Bill is very naive and touching waiting for the return of the former spouse to the family, which is very upsetting his eldest daughter Samantha. She is angry at her mother, this girl is realistic to the bone and in all possible ways avoids love. This is completely opposite of her younger brother – Rusty. He is an ordinary teenager with his own complexes and a belief in love. Rusty only has to get to know this wild feeling and gain experience for writing a book. “Stuck in love” is not something that is instructive, it just creates the right atmosphere for thought. It gives the right direction, and then you go on your way. The audience was awarded as a valuable film with positive results, and I would also be awarded.

In film 3, story lines that intertwine with each other, without making porridge. The most delicious history seemed to me Samantha’s love with her classmate Louis (Logan Lerman). A sober view of a realist against the bewildered mind of a romantic dreamer. Live dialogues and empathy for the heroes are provided to you.

Composers Mike Mogis and Nathaniel Valcott easily and unobtrusively compiled the actors’ play and the most plotline create a beautiful overall picture.

In “Stuck in Love,” everyone can find morality, someone will find himself among the heroes, someone will find ways to solve life’s problems for himself. And if you do not find something of your own here, then you can just enjoy an excellent game of characters.
